- It's 1 cup of suji.
- It's 1 of tspn jeera.

- You need 1 of tspn jeera.

Rice Dosa(left over) with onion red chutney step by step
- Take rice add to blender and 2 tbspn water and blend. Make sure consistency shuld ne bit thick.
- Then add 1 cup suji (upma rava) to rice batter and mix togthr and leave for 10 mints.
- After 10 mint if batter turn thick then cn add bit water. But baater should be little in thick consistency.
- Now add chopped onion, carrot, capsicum, greenchily, jeera, salt according to taste, and corainder leave.
- If you wish you can add curry leaves also now mix all together.
- Slightly pre heat pan and pour baater and give dosa shape. And dosa should ne cooked in medium flame.
- Take blender add chopped onion, clove, jeera, ajinomoto, corainder powder and chily powder and grind it and once they are kacha pakka bit water nd blend it, if require add water, now chutney is ready.
