- Place ground turkey, garlic, spices (half of salt) in a mixing bowl and mix together..
- Separately mix Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs and rest of salt in a cup and set aside..
- Roll ground turkey mixture into small meatballs..
- Heat small amount of Olive oil in large skillet on medium- high heat..
- Roll meatballs in bread crumb mixture and place in pan; Cook for 7 minutes turning over periodically..
- Add more Olive oil to pan.
- Re-roll cooked meatballs in leftover bread crumb mixture and Cook for another 7 minutes or until completely cooked..
Give meatballs a flavour boost with a pinch of cumin. If you are cooking with kids, get them to help with rolling the meatballs and making the herby yoghurt.
