  1. Put 1 teaspoon of oil in a hot kadai add Mustard seeds, fennel seeds, cumin seeds & curry leaves to splutter then add crushed ginger garlic, green or red chillies, Sauté for 2 min then add onion,carrot,capsicum,beans & peas. Sauté for another 5 min then add tomato & sauté for 3 min. Add all the powders. Cover up & cook for another 10 min. Then add the sauces, salt & sugar according to taste.
  2. Then take an iron dosa tawa put on medium flame.. let it get hot.. after that add 1 teaspoon oil then crack two eggs & then beat using a ladle. Then add the gravy you prepared, then beat it accordingly. after 3 min add sliced parotta, then beat accordingly all the masala need to be coated on Parotta. Then sprinkle some coriander leaves & squeeze one lemon juice..
