- It's 2 tsp of Butter.
- You need 1 cup of Corn.
- It's of Masala paste.
- Prepare 2 of Onion.
- You need 4 of Tomato.
- It's 1 inch of Ginger.

Corn Butter Masala step by step
- Heat oil in a pan, add roughly chopped onion, tomato, ginger, garlic and cashews. Saute well. Once tomato turns mushy.. switch off the stove.
- Once the above cooked items cooled off, put it in blender and grind it into smooth paste.
- In a pan, add butter. Once butter melts add the spices mentioned above and then add the ground masala paste..
- Then add garam masala, chilly powder, sugar and salt. Let it cook.
