  2. It's 1 ltr of Water.
  3. It's 1.5 tbs of Salt.
  4. You need 2 tbs of Peprica powder.
  5. Prepare 3 tbs of Oil.
  6. You need 2 tbs of oil for trka.
  7. It's 1 of onion.
  8. It's 2 tbs of ginger and green chilli paste.
  9. It's 2 tbs of Cumin powder.
  10. You need of Green chilli and green coriander for garnishing.
  11. Prepare 1 kg of Rice.
  12. Prepare 1.5 ltr of Water for boiling.

You may remember, boiled moong dal puree or soup is given to kids. Moong dal can be boiled with rice to make a nutritious Khichdi; it can be used whole, peeled, or split in puloas, soups, stews, and bean dishes. Moong is extremely easy to cook, and needs little soaking. The moong dal family comprises whole moong dal, chilkewali moong dal, and yellow moong dal.

  1. Take a pan.add oil when oil is hot then add onion.cook over low flame until brown in colour..
  2. Add ginger and green chilli paste..
  3. Add peprica powder, cumin powder, salt and cook over low flame for 5 minute..
  4. Add 1ltr water and add moong daal.cook over low flame for 40 minute..
  5. Moong daal is ready..
  6. Boil water and add 30 minute soaked rice..
  7. Boil them finely..
  8. Ready to serve it..
