- It's 400 grams of mutton.
- You need 2 of onions.
- You need 1 teaspoon of ginger paste.
- Prepare 1 teaspoon of garlic paste.
- You need 1 teaspoon of chilli powder.
- Prepare 1 teaspoon of jeera powder.
- You need 1 teaspoon of black pepper.
- It's 1 teaspoon of garam masala.
- You need 2 of green chillies.
- You need 3 pieces of Coriander.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of oil.

- To begin making the Gola kabab recipe,heat a pan with oil. Add chopped onions to it. Saute for a while until they turn soft and pink in colour.
- Once it's done,add ginger and garlic paste and saute about 20 secs.
- Chop the mutton into small pieces and add to it along with remaining spices.
- Cook until all water is dried.cool it and grind it to a smooth dough without adding water.
- Wet your hands with water and make small balls of ping pong size and set aside.
- Add oil to a wok and shallow fry them until golden brown. Once they turn brown,take them out on a kitchen towel to soak the extra oil and put it aside.
- Now for the masala..heat oil fry onions till light brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste,chilli powder and salt.
- Fry well add half cup water..now put it aside.
- Cut potato and mix it with saffron colour..and fry it.
- Now..add Gola kabab and fried potato. Cook on low flame for 5 mins.
- Cover it and leave it on dum. Lastly add chopped coriander and green chilies... It's ready to serve and enjoy.
